Troubleshooting

GoZ makes your communication workflow more easier by automating most of the task. But sometimes it happens that you may have an issue with its install or with a communication which goes only in one direction.

This is a set of instructions and guideline to help you solving your issue before contacting our support.

  • Always check first that you have the latest GoZ version by visiting our Download Center, then following the upgrade steps.
  • ZBrush and the target application mustn’t run As Administrator (for Windows).
  • Check that ZBrush can read and write in the Public/Shared Pixologic folder, where all the GoZ files are located.
  • Check that ZBrush have the permission to write in the target application folders. Please refer to the manual installation steps to know in which folders ZBrush will try to write files.
